She whispered in my ear
As I took her by the hand
The pink-red lust around us
Highlighted, like flowers in the sand
She smiled and lifted her head
Into her eyes I gazed
And I saw deep into her soul
And softly stroked her hair
And as the waves rolled in
She was my only care
I held her to me tightly
Spoke to her by mind
Telling her not to worry
That she will never be alone
I placed my hand upon her neck
As we lay upon the sand
On our solitary beach
Separate from land
I kissed her softly
And nothing more mattered
As I held her in my arms
But I knew not why
She lifted her head
And whispered to my face
Then she floated upwards
Seemed to leave without a trace
And slowly the world was covered
In a red and lovely mist
As the girl of my dreams
My one true love
Fades out of my mind
