Stars That Glow So Bright

Stars that glow at night
Night when we all sleep
Sleep for some others
Others stare at those stars
Wondering if everything will be okay

I know I have stared at those stars wondering
Wondering if life is going okay
Sometimes I make a wish
A wish even if there is no falling star

Sometimes I stare at them and look for shapes
Sometimes I see the big dipper and little one too
It helps to relieve the stress of life

I have so much stress these days
I don't know what from
Yet it slows me down in life
Slows me down enough to stare at these stars

Stars that glow at night
Maybe one-day I'll sleep
Maybe it will be beneath them
Stars that glow so bright
One day you will dim your light
Your light enough to let me sleep
