I can relate to this one. It is fulled with emotions, mostly sadness. The second stanza is my favorite I especially like the first two lines:
-I wish sometimes..
that I was someone else.- I think that you should put ... at the end of that lines, that would add great effect to that thought.
The poem is greatly written, it could be little longer, but it is very powerful.

and parts of it were the way I USED to feel./
I dont want to kill myself anymore.
in fact im starting to love life again :)
but Every once in a while the feeling comes back
