Story of a girl

A young girl at the age of eleven
so in love with a boy and it feels like heaven

Knew each other since the age of ten
she knew she'd never feel this way again

Together everyday, never apart
she knew he'd always have a place in her heart

Best friends till he started disappearing
his death is what this young girl was fearing

She saw the hints, he was into drugs
it was to the point where she missed his hugs

Only thirteen, so young and already addicted
he was always gone, it was like he was dead

His mom couldn't take his outbursts anymore and sent him away
he already had anger problems, but with drugs it worsened everyday

The young girl, still so in love with this boy
was left broken, he was her only joy

For three years she cried and he always crossed her mind
she couldn't get over him, she was in a bind

Finally she thought she was almost over him
thinking that maybe he was just a sin

But one day she got a call that changed her life
it was him, and out came the knife

Still she hurt, she didn't know if he had ever thought of her
and didn't know if they'd be the way they were

But sure enough, again, they were never apart
and no longer was there a whole in her heart

3 months passed and they were doing great
and they knew it had to be fate

But something from his past reappeared and he got sad
sadder than ever, not like he ever had

He thought his life was getting worse
that young girl feared he'd end up in hearse

5 months of dating, problems and joy
through drugs and depression, she still loved this boy

She doesn't want to give up, they've been through hell
just look at their past and you can just tell

**i know its long, but its true, everything in it is true. It's hard to capture the last 7 years of my life in one poem and not make it too long. It's not quite done, still not sure if my boyfriend will be OK, hes very depressed. But please comment!**
