A Crush On You

You know everything about me,
Hardly any secrets locked away.
There's just one I won't say,
I'm too shy to tell you..
I got a crush on you,
I hope you feel the way that I do.

Whenever I'm with you my head spins,
I feel like I'm getting sick.
My heart starts skipping beats,
Damn, it's so hard to breathe.

You know it's okay to talk to me,
But sometimes you say the most awful things.
Always telling me how you feel about her,
I wonder if you'll ever think of me that way.
You look at her so amazed,
I wish you'd gaze at me that way.

Everybody wants you,
Everybody loves you.
If they knew the things you tell me,
They'd never give you a second glance.
I know everything about you,
Yet I still gaze at you the same.

I will always love you, I suppose,
I'll always want you like this.
Still needing you like the air I breathe,
Always gonna have this silly crush on you.

I hope you secretly love me too,
Daydreaming about me while I'm away.
When you're with her,
Do thoughts of me cloud your mind?

I know I should tell you how I feel,
I'm just afraid of what you may say.
I have a crush on you,
And I hope you feel the way that I do too.

I got this poem from a song I was just listening to one day.. It's called Crush and I really liked it so I made my own poem out of it.
