Some of you understands how it feels,
It runs from my head to my heels,
tingling,the numbing sensation persist,
It gets worse the more i try to resist,
It takes over my body and my mind,
I can feel it spreading over time,
running through my veins,down my spine,
I wonder what it is,the cause of this rhyme?
The name is Anger,a terrible disease,
you better release It before you end up on your knees,
regretting all you said and done,
to your friends and family,all the above.
