No Stage to Stand On

by Nikko McMorbid   Aug 25, 2007

I hoped that there's a way for it to become a faint reality.
To be with you, a wind to trip up and solidify into water
For me to sip and caress the bitter taste.
I came with a dream buried inside my shoulders.

No day seem darker than what it today is like.
Tomorrow, forever, will be the same nightmares.
My wounds bury more without end,
Scorching every vein in my ravaged skin.

Oh hurt, just like what yesterday whispered.
A binding piece suffering is to my soul.
Chained with every inch of hopelessness
You promised with a glare of intentions.

Die, ever bitter river of happiness.
Live, your memory of ever lasting suffering.

My sweet hugs, goodbye...
