A Rose & Jesus

by Kris   Aug 25, 2007

A rose that is new in bloom reminds me of Jesus
when he was born in Bethlehem.

The rose grows bigger an prettier with a sweet fragrance,
Jesus grew and started doing miracles for people to see.

The rose has thorns that can prick and draw a drop of blood
Just like the thorns that were thrust upon Jesus head, oh
how it made him bleed.

The rose starts to wither and die, Jesus was nailed to a cross for our transgressions.

He gave his life so that we may have eternal life.

The rose does not come back to life , this is the difference
between Jesus and a rose.

For Jesus rose from the grave, He's alive and
well today.

Jesus is in Heaven preparing for God's children of grace.
Those who have repented,
They will be with him one day.
