Vows of love

by Katie   Aug 26, 2007

I have had the most wonderful day,
Of my entire life,
One so full of happiness and joy,
I've finally become your wife.

A day I thought I would never have,
To have, to hold, to share,
But you, my wonderful husband, gave me
everything, to show you care.

Side by side, in Church, we stood,
Our promises and vows to make,
To have and to hold, from this day forward,
Our hands in marriage we take.

This band of gold now shines so brightly,
A token of our love for all to see,
A reminder of this, our special day,
Of how much it means to me.

I love you Paul. for all that you are,
All that you say and do,
For making me whole. and making it real,
And of course, for giving me you.

I love you with everything I am, it's true,
For better for worse, until death us do part,
I promise to be the best I can be,
And love you forever, with all of my heart.

Yours, always
K xx
