Pain is just another thing we sacrifice in order to live in our world. But life is a beautiful thing, and you shouldn't hide it. Don't bottle up those feelings. Let it out. Let everything you love, you hate, you simpathize, you believe in, let it all out in something. Be strong, be your own light. So when someone saves you, you can save them too.
