The Music Box

by AlexTheLion11   Aug 26, 2007

Your heart is like a melody,
In which your voice does sing.
Your body, like a music box,
Kept safe under my wing.

The figurine inside it resembles you, of course.
Dancing, twirling, beautifully,
You're my one true source.

You be my queen, And I, your king.
Our love for eternity,
Is what the figurine brings.

Waltzing together,
Under a moonlit night.
It's just so perfect,
A very grand sight.

As you hold my attention,
With your body and voice.
It's your love that I'll cherish,
You're always my choice.

So as the melody plays on,
You'll always be on my mind.
And when it stops, I'll go with you.
To show our love's eternal bind.
