The rage threatens to break through
they expected much more from you
then what you were able to give
I'm surprised you were able to live
now I hold you in my arms
and you are safe from all harm
but you realize the next day
the pain just won't go away
you can't forgive what they did
you were only a kid
now you wake in the night
and slip from my sight
while I follow behind
thoughts run through your mind
revenge is what you want
and now your on the hunt
and hidden I watch you
let the rage finally break through
