Why won't you talk to me?
At this moment in time
What are you feeling?
'Cos we aren't getting anywhere

I can't seem to think straight
This silence surrounds me
I sometimes wonder
Where do we go from here?

I can't just leave it
I feel like I'm drowning
In the sea of our forgotten past
Why couldn't our friendship last?

I'm trying to make up for
All the pain I've caused you
I want to speak to you
But my words won't come out right

So I just sit in the corner
In silence wondering
Why won't you talk to me?
Where do we go from here?

It didn't have be like this
So a warning to all of you out there
Learn from your mistakes
And keep talking
