Some Give All

I have tried time and time again
to write a poem about our soldiers
this war that they have succumbed too

I just cannot seem to find the words.
I wanted to write one as a contribute
for all they do
but how do you glorify all that they have lost?

I cannot find one thing
to glorify our soldiers with
other than a simple;
yet humble big thanks with open arms.

    This is a very thoughtful poem, it's nice to see that someone cares for the soldiers, I have a friend who lives in Chicago but he's over in Iraq for four years, very well done.
