You promised me you'd never let me go
and I believed you 'cause I loved you so

You told me you still cared
then why is non of my heart spared?

You swore it would break your heart if you ever left
too bad non of your promises could've been kept

You said you believed with all of your heart we could last
then how come this all belongs to the past ?

You claimed you never loved anyone as you loved me
so why couldn't you just let things be ?

You made me believe you'd never break my heart
Still I'm left here searching for the missing part

You assert me it would take a lot for you to forget me
then how come it went so easily ?

And convince me not all of your love for me is gone
