Whenever I feel down I dance
In my kitchen
In my room
In the bathroom
And if outside my soul dances invisibly inside my body,
Swaying sensually to the beats of the music like a prayer
And when I am happy I dance
Inside and outside
In the rain
In the sunshine
During good times and bad my body expresses itself through its moves
In the night when I am fast asleep twisting and turning, Do not be fooled,
I am really dancing
Dancing my narrative away
And I dance for anyone
With anyone
For any reason
Because my body needs to move to any tune,
Anywhere
Anytime
In order to acheive peace of mind.
