The Dawn Of Love.

The Dawn Of Love.
By: Elaine.C.

Trees Bathed in light,
stand tall giving shade,
as leaves rustle softly,
in the first spring breeze.

Newly bloomed flowers,
peak there heads toward,
the warming sun -as laughter,
floats upon the roll of hills.

The horses whinnied,
and clomped there feet,
as there two masters,
danced beside the crystal loch.

Her hand held firmly in his,
her breast pressed against his chest,
she looked up into his love filled eyes,
and knew he was the one.

her breast pressed against his chest,
she looked up into his love filled eyes,
and knew he was the one.

  • I loved this poem. I may say that a lot, but with this one, I mean it way more. You definately put a lot of emotion into this. I loved the last stanza the most. Great job. 5/5
