Credolous People

by A F   Aug 30, 2007

None of these people know me;
They all foolishly believed everything--
The lies, the laughs, the pretentions I did.
Even the songs I sing.

I told them I'm over you;
I told them you're no longer in my life.
They believed everything I said--
They believed every single lie.

Stupid for them to see--
All the foolish things I've done.
I wish there was one of them know the truth;
I only wish for the one.

When I look in a mirror;
I can see a pretender--
Someone who can fool the world;
But I can also see a broken girl.

All this broken girl want is to be happy;
To love again and to be loved back.
But how can she be happy--
When the person she truly loved turned his back?
