Darkness Within

by Isabella   Aug 30, 2007

In the moonless night,
I call for thee.
Behind the stars,
And beyond the sea.

I call for thee,
In the mist of clouds.
Where faces go,
To meet their Faust.

In the mist of clouds,
I call for thee.
Where ever you are,
Return to me.

I call for thee,
In the moonless night.
I need you here,
To return the light.

I like the rhythm in this poem, and the atmosphere is greatly created, somehow haunting. Whole poem has excellent flow.
    My favorite stanza is:
    -I call for thee,
    In the moonless night.
    I need you here,
    To return the light.-

Keep writing, great job on this one.
    5/5 from me
