I Beg You Not to Hate

by Never URs   Aug 30, 2007

Broken off disconnected,
not knowing what to do.
I just sit there all alone,
while thinking about you.

Wishing you would love me,
like I promised I always would.
While you keep on hating me,
love. wondering how you ever could.

I need you more than ever,
I miss you more than life.
I want you to come back to me,
you kept me from the knife.

What to do now?
I don't know where to go.
Just lost in streets of love.

For once in my life,
you're not by my side.
Not spreading your wings,
to over a ride.

Rather than spread,
you contract fast.
Running past me,
you don't dare a breathe.

Please speak to me,
I beg you not to hate.
But all you do is shun,
not knowing you're determining my fate.

You were my best friend,
my only love too.
You were my lifeline,
not now, not true.
