Envious People

by Wendy1   Aug 31, 2007

When people despise you and envy is all they betray
Don't let them get their way
They're life may be miserable
They treat you like your invisible

You're tired of giving in
Forgiving all their sins
Finding yourself back where you started
You'll feel better after you've departed

Don't try to fit in
You'll only find yourself looking from the outside in
They know this is a sin
They don't care they're self-centered and
Always want to win

A victim of deceit
They make you feel incomplete
No one there, no one truly cares
Living their lives in despair
They also know it isn't fair

The pain you can no longer sustain
To forgive and forget seems vain
Truth is your prettier than them
They feel threatened by your presence
They don't know how to relate
They'd rather distance themselves
They only want to hate

You can forgive, though you'll never forget
Let the pain make you stronger
Let the weak to the weak
No need to fit in
Your world is much more peaceful without them

Beauty comes from within
Its your personality that makes you
Its their personality that breaks you
Once they've crossed you
You have to stand up for "you"
Don't let them judge you
Screw them they've already crossed you!
