Why is it that no one bothers to listen to the cries?
We have trouble telling the truth,but speak random lies.
When someones in trouble we just turn the other cheek,
We dont have the guts enough to open our mouths and speak.

We dont care who will be the next president,
We just say "I'm a plain American resident."
We know thats not true,
The one to make a difference, could be you.

You think our freedom is free??
If we werent a nation under God,what kind of counrty would we be?
Terrorists messed with us and we did fret,
But they started a war they will regret.

You can go ahead and be against war,
But when it comes to homosexuality and gay marriage,
You just protest for more.
Tell me, how can you call yourself American?
You must be democrat because you sure arent Republican.

You see the tragedies and say "oh nothing new",
The truth is,you live without a clue.
Thanks to many people of the past,
We can hope and pray our freedom will last.

God didnt give us this country to tear down,
You mock Him as if He was a clown.
Go ahead and be blind-sited by your ways,
Just know judgement will come within days.

I am proud of my country and the troops of the war,
Just remember God will be there when trouble comes knocking at your door.
