A wonderous thought

by Tylor   Sep 1, 2007

Beyond the horizon,
The tallest peaks,
Is something hidden,
Something that speaks.

Its a powerful thought,
A horrifying reality,
Echoing in space,
It's a bad morality.

Its a life that is gone,
A love that is lost,
It is a wonderous bewilderment,
That cannot be tossed.

Its on the back of your mind,
And the back of mine,
But it is there,
And will never heal in time.

It is the love that is gone,
The love that was meant to be,
The part of you,
That was apart of me.

It will never return,
We are broken and through,
I do not know how once I said,
That i love you.

You are a monster in disguise,
You are the tears in my eyes,
You are the fears in my thoughts,
You are the hurt in all goodbyes.

I wish we were back,
Like we used to be,
When I was in love with you,
And you, with me.
