She was sitting here
Surrounded by friends
Everyone is loved
Until the very end

There was a guy
Who was all there was to be
He glanced her way
And thought they could be a we

She didn't know
Because she didn't care
The anger he felt
Was hot like a flare

She never gave
Him a chance
To prove his love
At a glance

She went on in life
As did he
They met up later
To have some tea

When he kissed her
She was appalled
To realize that she
