Dont know what to do

The weight of it hits you,
makes you crumble to the floor.
The amount of tears multiply,
the number of questions equal more.

The eyes of strangers feel empty,
no one knows how it feels.
The world seems so empty,
and now nothing seems real.

Can i tell anyone?
would anyone understand?
can i tell anyone?
can i even call myself a man?
