Waves of Sadness

I feel like I just wanna cry
Sad thing is I don’t know why.
This hurt I feel inside has no cause
The worse thing is it has no pause

I just wanna lay down my head
Sorrowfully down on my bed.
This feely does come and go
Unfortunately it I do not know

If I could just have the answers I seek
Hopefully I wont feel so meek
As I build my strength anew
Joyfully I feel happiness in a brew.
