Loss Everything

by Aaron Deevers   Sep 3, 2007

Here I am standing in this rain
Just standing not caring what's happening
In the middle of this road that leads to nowhere

A road that once led to your heart
Now all this road does is stop at a cliff
A cliff that I'm ready to jump off of

We had it all
A great relationship and a kid on the way
You turn all that down for drugs
Killing my child our child

I have hate inside me towards you
I also have forgiveness too
Only if you were to stop and look at what you did

Once I jump I will not have this hate or forgiveness
To give you anymore
One last look back to se if you are there waiting for me
Noticing you are not

As I lean forward I hear a voice
A voice telling me to stop
But it's to late I've jumped
She had came back but she was to late

She loss two lives that she loved
She loss our kid and now me
I hope that this will change your life
Your life for the best

    I really liked this one.

It was full of heartfelt emotion's, and really touched my heart.
The flow was good, and but the concept amazing.

    'We had it all
A great relationship and a kid on the way
You turn all that down for drugs
    Killing my child our child'

^For this I think it would flow better, if you change it too this...

    [We had it all
A great relationship and a kid on the way
You turn all that down for drugs
    Killing our child]

or put a pause in there.

    Still a good peice. 4/5
