I ran into him today
Asked him how life was
His was great
So is said nothing of mine
We talked for a while
Then he shook his hair in front of his face
I love when he does that
Asked if i had cried
I lied and said no
Even though i still do
I smiled
My soul died
He glanced at my wrist
My smile broke
I hid in my sweater
Then he looked at my neck
Smiled at my necklace
Asked why i still wore it
I slowly replied...i promised to wear...
He finished my sentence...until the day my love ends

I smiled once more as i turned to walk away
He laughed
I broke into tears
For the past few years I've been his nothing
Him my everything
Giving up i lay dead

If now he will notice me
