This poem seems to be a bit delusional to me. Not only that, but I don't think it really states anything that I have not heard before. The ending is particularly weak, it becomes nothing more than an opinionated statement.

"Hearts beat together" could be changed to

"Hearts beat in unison" vocabulary has an immense effect on the emotional power of just about any statement, or poem as it is here.
