When i woke up... (Candy house version)

by Rebecca   Apr 30, 2004

This poem is indirect and you have to search for the true meaning of it...

I live in a sweet candy house
Everything I wish for is here
With roses growing near
And a chocolate fence
Here there is no tense

I sleep all day in my candy house
But one day a breeze blew as i gasped
My sweet cozy candy house collapsed
As it toppled down in shattered pieces
There I stood as all my tears I release

I slept all day in my candy house
I blow kissed my fantasy world
As away with the wind my fence swirled
The roses then wilted as the petals fell
And all i could do was to my house say farewell

I slept all day in my candy house
Now I stand where my candy house died
All I did is sat down and cried
It happened so quickly in the blink of an eye
And all I could do is in my hands cry

It all happened when I woke up...
