Destination Unknown

A void in need of fill
uncertain of what may be
confused about myself
need to be set free

Long to be sure
of everything I know
aching for direction
of where to go

Silent tears shed
due to pain
abrupt realization
nothing to gain

Dead ends near
quickly by time
life torn away
such a crime
