It was scribed in his heart
Yes, from the very start
As revealed by the word
Often spoken and heard

Laws written in stone
Cannot stand alone
Commit to his love,
Created from above

It was engraved on his bone
He did not want be alone
If you want to be my Eve
Promise me never to leave
