Unable

I love the little bundles of joy,
they make me smile when I'm down
their cute little faces make me laugh,
when I've got a big frown.

I want to play with their little toes,
and hold their tiny hands,
I want to cradle them with love,
and help their mind expand.

I want to be called mommy,
I want them to run to me,
when they fall on the ground,
and scrap their knee.

Unfortunately I cannot,
have my own bundle of joy,
I was cursed with a disease,
that won't let me have my baby boy.

I will be paralyzed from the legs down if I were ever to conceive a child. I was born with brittle bone disease.

:( maybe one day when i'm older I will take the chance.

Oh Jam, this is truly sad and heartfelt. I'm sorry you're not able to experience childbirth, but you can always adopt.... there are so many beautiful children out there just waiting for someone as loving and giving as you to be their mommy....
