Life Is Art

by Aaron Deevers   Sep 8, 2007

Look at life
What do you see?
You see trees, clouds, and much more

I see a blue sky
Trees that are green as is the grass I mow
Clouds are white as are the mountaintops
The air so fresh as is the water I drink

So much goes by without notice
So many people see a tree as a tree
Color they avoid as they do their normal life

Stop one day and watch a duck as it lands in a pond
Watch the clouds as they form into a shape
Just watch each and everything close

Life goes by faster than we realize
Many miss the greatness of nature
All the freshness and colors

Take a break from reality
And jump into the life of art
Everything you see is art

A painting to perfection
Each detail added and none missed
Life is art full of colors

Watch as a tree grows
Grows as it would if an artist was painting it
Starting from nothing then to a tree

Life is art as many miss
Stop and take a look at the beautiful picture
Stop and look at yourself
You are art as is everything else

I really like the concept of this peice, it flowes really well, and it rings true.
Life is art, and we the artist.

    Beautifully Penned,
    Keep it up,
    Elaine.
