With every second that passes
I start feeling more and more for you
And waiting to hear your voice
Is all I ever want to do

I find myself looking at my phone
To see if I missed your call
Checking every second on myspace
To see if you've been on at all

I know that right now is not the time
That some things are just not right
But I feel I can let go with you
I know that with you, things will be alright

I feel safe with you already
I feel I can really count on you
How can this be, tell me
I barely even know you

But this week has been so crazy
The things we've already talked about
The feeling that you already know me
All my secrets, inside out

I dont know where this will take us
If we even get to start
Just know that day by day
Your slowly winning my heart

I find myself, wanting to please you
To make you laugh just one more time
I cant believe I am saying this
But I somehow wish you were mine

I want to open up to you
I want to see where this might go
I am scared to love again though
As I am pretty sure you already know

But something in me wants to take the chance
Something is telling me go ahead
So I close my eyes, think of you
And smiling, I go to bed

    I love it! It is so cute and I can relate to this tremendously. (sp) Lol. But your flow is flawless and your overall concept is amazing. I can really feel some emotion in this. Great job!

    This is such a beautiful poem. In so many ways, I can connect to this. I have been through this and am actually going through it right now.
