Here Where I live

Here where I live

America's supposed to be
A place we call "land of the free"
But look around and then you'll see
It's not really the best place for me

Here where I live
In the U S of A
There's a lot of bad stuff
Happening every day

While some countries starve
And have nothing to eat
Here where I live
We do nothing but feast

While some countries are poor,
and sick children are dying,
Here where I live
Drugs are what America's youth keep on buying

While some countries have to many people,
And parents are forced to give up their kids,
Here where I live
Were living in wealth,
but won't open our doors to anyone else

While some coutries have hate groups
and blow up innocent people everyday.
Here where I live
When it happened to us only once,
We turned around immediatly,
attacked and killed them, ten times as much.

I love where I live
and I love where we are
But I can't help but to wonder
If it's better somewhere far.
