Snakes

by Dan   Sep 11, 2007

Snakes
Snakes slither
Snakes crawl
In twisting patters
Across the floor
They bite and hiss
Yet they mean us no harm
We can be friends with snakes
And succum to their charm
They have forked tongues
And a lightning-fast brain
If a snake were my enemy
Wow, what a pain
So give thanks to snakes
For they eat all the pests
But just be careful
Of their deadly fangs
