Foolish

by Maria   Sep 12, 2007

We saw each other at school,
We started dating,
I said I love you,
You said I love you too,
Always together,
Then I went on a trip,
You went to a friend's house,
Your friends asked if you wanted some,
You were foolish and accepted,
When it was time to leave you got in your car,
And went speeding down the road,
The road ended but your car didn't stop,
The grass was wet,
Your clothes were bloody,
You heard loud sirens,
I was called,
You were mangled,
I couldn't look,
How could you have been so foolish?
You loved me,
Then they took you away,
Your parents cry,
So did I,
You lost your love,
Worse, you took mine.

Hummm, I see the pain you speek about in another poem, very interesting. The poem is very good, and the heart felt pain that you put into writing was what made me like it more. So I think I will give you a 5/5. 4/5 for the poem and 1/5 for the amazing emotion
