Its sold out,
everyone is watching us now.
can you hear them whispering?
they are talking about us,
judging us on our performance,
o how they think its all for them.

the beginning
its a rocky start,
but we're determined to make it great
me and you,
we're so into our show,
nothing can distract us.

cant you see us shining?

words flow between us,
some sweet others hateful
the climax breaks,
everything is starting to come to an end

this is our grand finale.
the ending to our show.
nothing will ever be this great.

we say our goodbyes,
as i watch you turn to walk away.
i bow to the crowd,
o how i hope they liked the show,
as i performed my life for their amusement,
don't the even realize,
it wasn't meant for them,
it was all for him.
i wanted him to shine with me,

the lights go out
its over,
time to go home,
i sit and play it over
