I know you can't be mine

by ECILA ice   Sep 13, 2007

Standing beside the window
Waiting 'til dust to dawn
Hoping to catch a familiar shadow
Whom she could call own...

Dreaming like a little child
For one great fairy tale to unfold
Praying like an innocent creature
Waiting her own story to be told;

Yet fate seems so unkind,
For dream will remain merely as an illusion.
And that tale will only be kept in her mind,
Forsaking her hopes, forever it will stay as a delusion

And those dreams will soon be vanish
Together with her little fantasy
Her ideal guy will soon be abolish
'Coz dream can't always be brought into reality.

** i'm having this writer's block.. wooh but still tried to write anyway hope you like it..

It was beautiful. I pictured all in my head, just beautiful. Still had a sad tone to it, a lot of emotions you have put in this.
Wonderful write, even when having a writers block.
