My Poem For You

When I think of you,
I think happiness, I think fun.
I think of the headbands you wear,
and the times you act dumb :)

I think of the times you walk past,
and give me that reassuring smile.
I think of the times you look away
and your sense of fashion style.

Though I might not show it,
I admire your individuality.
The way that you are yourself
and what makes your personality.

And I am simply writing this,
because I owe you what I feel.
I owe you of how you remind me
and how you appeal.

So please don't ever change,
what it is you have within.
Be content of who you are
and what you've been given.
