Blood in the Snow

by PYRAlovesTRAVIS   Sep 13, 2007

Why did you sit there and watch me die?
My blood pooling on the ground
The purest of snow turned to
blood red

The darkness is swallowing me
I am drowning in it
Choking on your laughter
choking on life

Cold, so cold
snow is coming down
my tears have turned to ice

I'm watching you laugh at me
laughing at my pathetic existence
in this world

screaming
crying
begging
laughing
bleeding

my skin is blue
my hair is as fragile as glass
my eyes are as white as snow

The darkness is swallowing me
I am drowning in it
Choking on your laughter
choking on life

Cold, so cold
snow is coming down
my tears have turned to ice

I'm watching you laugh at me
laughing at my pathetic existence
in this world

I loved you, I really did
but you threw me down
denied me
hurt me
the bruises are finally gone; all that is left are scars

I see nothing in the darkness
Now I see a light
I feel the warmth of it
I am finally dead
No more suffering in the cold snow
I am finally happy.
