Life of a book

by Finding myself   Sep 13, 2007

My life is a closed book meant to be open by those who really care
But no one comes and ever opens the book that is sitting right there
The book is plain, scares in some places rough edges all around
I have always wished someone would just come and even skim the book
but that never happens
So i decorate the cover with smiles and glitter to attract at least someone
Once and a while someone comes and skims my book
but no one ever wanted to sit down and read or understand it
but at least someone cares a little to look at the cover and see the smiles i glue on the cover
