When you go

In 2 weeks we will say good-bye,
even though it will be for only a while,
i will do my best not to cry,
and just put on a smile.

it's going to be so hard to watch you,
leave and go to jail,
and you don't now what I'd do,
to get the money for bail.

just know I'll be here,
waiting for you,
I'll try and choke down every tear,
and i know you'll be doing that too.

4months isn't all that long,
I'll just think of all the good days,
and listen to our favorite song,
then i will fold my hands and pray.

God please help us through,
everyday and night.
cuz Lord we need you,
to help us win this fight.

and before we even know,
you be with me again,
our love will grow,
and things will be right where they should have been.

i love you Dominic. I'm going to miss you when you go, but I'll be right here waiting for you to come back to me i promise!
