The night you...

by LostInTheMoment   Sep 14, 2007

It was a night like any other. It snowed softly as the forest became dark and the air became heavy. As I sat in my rocking chair wondering if you were there. You whispered under the heavy air "I'm sorry it's the best thing for you." i sat there trying to tell my body to move but the stroke held me back. As you walked from under the shadows with a painful look on your face I drifted my eyes to your shaking hand and in it a drugged needle. As you took my wrinkled arm and brought the needle closer you said "I love you" and you gave me the drugs. Soon your eyes grew wide, your hands shook more and you dropped the bloody needle onto the floor. Whispering under your breathe"w...w...what have I've done?!" You dropped to your knees and a fall of tears ran down your cheeks. So you crawled to the draw and pulled out another needle, sat in the chair by my dead motionless body, held my hand tight and said"don't worry we will be together soon" and jammed the needle into your shaking arm. Soon the air grew thick and the silence grew loud...
