Undying Day

by Tyler   Sep 14, 2007

I stand on the shores of this distance between us,
And gaze into the ocean of our separation,
I hear your voice, a tear rolls down my face,
I had not a choice, I can feel my heart race,
I whisper to you, as it falls to the sea,
"I long for the day, when you'll be here with me,
And the day that I find, that salty tear
Is the day that ill stop, wishing you were here,
If only you could feel, the fire in my heart,
If only you knew,
How much I love you."
The thought of your kiss, and the words we will say,
Is a perfect display,
Of our undying day.
