Nearly Over

Its nearly over,
It's been a year!
I cant believe I'm,
Still here!

From my family,
I gained support,
From my family i gained,
The love i need.

From my friends,
They gave me hugs,
From my friends,
The help through the struggles.

I thank you all,
It's nearly over,
I know I'm on the final stretch,
The home run is in sight.

I'm so much better,
Knowing ill have closure,
I look forward to the day,
That it comes....
