You were there in front of me,
For an extremely long time.
And before i could see anything,
You went and changed your mind.

You had captured my heart,
And its been yours ever since.
But now that I'm getting desperate,
And I'll be happy with just a glimpse.

You are one of my best friends,
And this sounds so weird.
Sometimes you just can't help it,
And before i knew it, you disappeared.

I don't know what to do anymore,
And it's really getting hard to believe.
All that time I've wasted on you.
