That Kind of Girl

by *Charisma*   Sep 15, 2007

Want to be the face that stops you in your tracks
And when you walk by, you have to stop and look back
Want to have the smile that makes you share your own
And when you look at it, you feel you've found your home
Want to have the personality you just can't resist
And makes you think it doesn't get better than this.
Want to be that girl you like, but can't explain why
And you start listing a million reasons when you try.
Want to be all you need, and never worry you'll stray
But I'm not that kind of girl, so your wandering eyes say.

Ugh, another unhappy ending to a blissful poem, lol. But still an excellent write. Penned beautifuly. But it's like a bitter-sweet thing for me cause the bliss you get in the beginning and the smile it brings to your face is like shattered by the very last line! Lol! But it was very structured and formed really well. Still a 5/5 from me :)
