Best Friend

by Ashley Lynch   Sep 16, 2007

Softly spoken words of comfort, Harsh words of anger,
Cheerful words of happiness and excitement.

Times of trouble, hatred, love, and happiness,
We've been through it all,
Though our journey as friends has just begun,

I know that I make you so sad that you cry,
That I can make you so mad, that you want to scream,

I've told you before that I'll try to
Never to it again, But we both know I will
Even if I don't mean to,

I was told once that with a
Friendship fights may occur
But those fights make that friendship stronger
An for us I think that's true,
Though we fight we're still friends,

An hopefully we'll stay that way
For a long time To have one true friend is better
Than having a group of fake friends To me you're my one true
Best friend.
